    Internet Fraud – I

Something I love about online fraudsters is their ability to dish out “sweet” letters. Makes me wonder, why don’t they put this skill to better use, like write for some teen magazine, movie script or try out poetry.

Earlier in the day, when I opened my mail box, I found a lovely little mail from someone who is desperately looking for “Help” 🙂 Here’s the mail.

They were looking for my urgent response, so I didn’t disappoint them, replied immediately 😛

In case you missed out, in the above picture, there’s a row highlighted in red. Gmail has figured out ways to help their users to warn them about potentially frauds.Big thumbs to Google team.

I have done my job, speedy reply. Now looking forward to the next step, fingers crossed 😛

Love these fraudsters, I can have some fun at their expense, bring it on fellows. hehehhehehehehehe

Shall update soon, this is going to be exciting, hope so 😉

Nice! I also got a scam e-mail before. I replied at the first e-mail and the scammer sent me their second e-mail including their bank account number and a link where I could donate something etc. Statistics says that 45% of the total e-mails in the world are spams. I think its even more. Well, I wonder where did they get our e-mail addresses.:)

        hahahhahahhaa…so true..how’re they getting out e-mail ids..amazing…
Did u notice the warning label..means that gmail is actually scanning all our mails..no privacy…tht’s cause of concern as well 😐

I spent most my day dozing and watching…

I spent most my day dozing and watching Television. In fact I didn’t see a single delivery of the Sri Lanka – Australia World Cup match [ Sadly, the match has been washed out due to heavy downpour 😦 ]. Most of the day was boring till I got online. Yes, Internet is such a lovely. I opened my gmail and found a offline message from 10 year old Kevin. He Said ” Hi Dude, you never online, you forgot me? ” next line “ I remember you. Learn this magic trick and show me when I come there http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ra9v81GEEkQ&feature=relmfu

I clicked the link and since then I have seen more than dozen such exciting magic tricks. These tricks are so cool, you might have seen them at your school or at local carnivals. As a kid I used to be enthralled by magic shows, at times scared too. I didn’t want the magician guy to call me for the ” egg hatching trick” or the ” vanishing trick ” didn’t want to be gone forever. Magic Shows are so much fun. Now here’s a chance for everyone of us to learn few simple tricks and go cool among our friends, family and colleagues 😛

    Four Aces

    Coin Trick

Rope Trick  [ Not the great Indian rope trick 🙂 ]

Coin Trick [ Look how the magicians make a fool out of us 🙂 ]

    Floating card

Go. Learn them. Become a star 🙂

    P.S: Thank You Kevin.
